Refund Eligibility Guidelines

• Before Work Commences:
  If the client requests a refund before any work has begun, they are eligible for a 50% refund. This applies only if no concepts, drafts, or design work have been initiated.

• After Work Commences:
  Once work on the project has started (including research, initial drafts, or concepts), the order becomes non-refundable.

• Final Deliverables:
  No refunds will be issued once the final files have been delivered.

• Inactive Orders:
  If no action is taken on the order within 30 days of placement, the refund request becomes invalid. Reactivating such orders will require an additional fee based on the project scope.

• Customer Satisfaction:
  Although refunds are limited, we remain committed to your satisfaction and are always open to revisions and continued support to address any concerns.

Special Conditions for Service Packages:

• For video animation packages, once the storyboard is approved or the video is live, no refund will be entertained.

• For other service packages, refund requests become void once the initial deliverables are accepted.

• Fair Usage Policy: Up to 3 rounds of revisions per phase are included. Excessive revision requests may fall outside standard policy.

Custom Packages: Refund terms apply as per the individual services within the custom package. For example, if logo animation is approved but web design is not, only the web design portion is eligible for refund based on timing and usage.

Valid Refund Claims: Refunds require valid justification based on the original design brief and revision history. If the concept delivered matches the brief, refunds will not be granted, but revisions will continue until satisfaction.

Good Faith Policy: The money-back guarantee assumes the order is placed in good faith. If it is discovered that similar projects were assigned to multiple agencies with the intention of claiming a refund, the refund request will be declined.

Design Ownership: If a refund is issued, The Dreamission retains full rights to all content, designs, and materials provided, which cannot be used or published by the client in any form.

Copyright Policy: It is the client’s responsibility to secure copyright for any delivered content. In case of a refund, The Dreamission will submit ownership rights back to the company and restrict any further use of the refunded designs.

Record Maintenance: We keep a record of finalized designs and can resend them upon request.
